Inspection system

Quality control, built into the process
ACSIS is our proprietary module for automated inspection of composite layups. Developed to ensure real-time quality control during AFP and ATL processes. The system detects defects such as gaps, overlaps, wrinkles, FOD, or fiber path deviations, classifies them by severity, and logs each event for traceability.
Monitoring every layer, recording every deviation
During layup, ACSIS compares sensor data with the original CAD model and immediately highlights any discrepancy. Operators can choose to correct the issue in real time or manage it in post-process. Each defect is mapped, numbered, and saved with precise coordinates, ensuring full traceability of the entire part.

Designed for our AFP and ATL systems
ACSIS is fully integrated into our fiber placement machines. It is part of our vision for integrated process control, where quality, production, and maintenance work in synergy. The add-on is compatible with industry-standard data formats and supports curved surfaces, complex geometries, and multi-orientation layups.
