IBRM is our predictive maintenance software platform for machine tools. It collects and analyzes real-time machine data during operation, automatically identifying technical anomalies. An alert system instantly notifies maintenance technicians and our control room, enabling fast and targeted intervention.
Monitoring, predict, act
IBRM integrates processors and sensors to track physical and operational machine parameters. All data is sent to a Microsoft® cloud environment, where dedicated algorithms compare it to standard values. If any deviation is detected, the system generates an automatic alert. The platform provides a clear, always-updated view of machine status, with color-coded indicators showing real-time and predicted conditions.
Compatible and retrofittable
IBRM is available on all our new machines, and can also be retrofitted on existing models and any third-party equipment. Each implementation follows a complete process: critical area analysis, custom platform design, hardware/software installation, and performance validation.
